Occupants are requested to leave the door unlocked if they should be going out or leave the key in a safe place. Anyone in the property is requested to go into one convenient ‘designated’ room, for example the living room, taking any pets with them. If the property is open plan, then social distancing rules should apply. If a tradesperson(s) is present – either ask them to leave property or use the designated room approach. If neither approach is possible, the assessment may be aborted and reschedule.

Turnaround times follow the industry standard of 1 - 3 days. However, should you have specific time constraints we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) can only be produced by an accredited Energy Assessor which ensures that the service meets the professional standards.
